Shipping charges
Standard shipping costs $5.99 for orders below $200. Eligible orders of $200 or more receive free standard shipping. The order total and shipping charge are shown before payment at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within one business day, Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 1-4 business days after shipment. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is emailed after shipment. Check the delivery address before placing the order. Contact support immediately about an address error; an address cannot be changed after a carrier accepts the package.
Delivery problems
If tracking shows a problem, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email consultant@optisalt.us with your order number. See the Return and Refund Policy for remedies and return costs.
